Since I was young I've always loved to express myself through athletic endeavors and competition. I thrive in a community of like-minded people and upon discovering CrossFit it changed my life. I found the perfect blend of being an athlete, getting to compete (mostly with myself but also others at times!), and being part of a team. CrossFit has helped keep me young and playful while helping me be more disciplined and determined at the same time.
My goal is to share the life-changing community that is Big Shoulders CrossFit, and CrossFit at large as well. I truly believe everyone can benefit from doing CrossFit, because it is scalable to any level, and helps create healthy habits and a lifestyle that will help you reach your goals faster than any other training program.
